Like cardio? Maybe not, but know it's beneficial? Like to compete in your local obstacle, 5k, 10k, half or full marathon race?  Well so do we.  Included in our unprecedented group training is a plethora of interval and distance training.  It will rarely ever be the same workout, but the intensity will always be high.  Cardio is good for the heart, mind and body.  Let's go!
