You will need a couple of items to ensure the best start to your fitness program. Good breathable clothing for working out, and a positive attitude.We will provide the rest including life changing workouts, all the equipment needed, face towels and even bottled waters.
This depends on the time of day and how finicky your stomach may be after eating a meal. You may be able to handle a small bite to eat before an early morning session, but nothing too big. And make sure you hydrate starting 24+ hours prior to your workout. If you work out in the evenings,the last thing you want to do is starve yourself all day or eat a big meal right before the workout. Good snack foods for working out include bananas, oatmeal and yogurt.
It depends.... We have programs that range from 2 days per week to 5 days per week. The way to see weight loss results is to create a caloric deficit where you burn more calories than you take in. Every day you workout with us, you are boosting how many calories your burn. Provided you can control how many you take in, you will start to see results pretty quickly. We've seen many people with instant results in the first week or two.
